If you're not satisfied with the goods you’ve purchased through the UCO Gear UK website, you can return or exchange your goods within 30 days of purchase. All you have to do is fill out the form below.

Please be advised that items purchased from a 3rd party retailer must be returned directly to them and are subject to their own return policies. 

Our gear is covered by our manufacturer's warrantyt. If your UCO product is no longer usable due to manufacturing defects please visit our Warranty Claims Page.

UCO's UK webstore is operated by our UK Distributor, Dalesman International Ltd. - all returns will be handled by their offices.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you're not satisfied with the goods you’ve purchased through the UCO Gear UK website, you can return or exchange your goods within 30 days of purchase.

You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.

Products must be returned undamaged and in good condition. Misuse, damage and normal wear and tear is not covered.

If you purchased your items somewhere else: items purchased at a 3rd party retailer must be returned to the retailer and are subject to their return policy.
